Summitware is a Belgian software company based in Ghent that builds conference management tools. It offers two products — Registration Town and Slideshow City — that together cover the full workflow of running a professional conference, from attendee registration to live stage presentations.

The products are designed for medium to large professional events: medical symposia, academic congresses, multi-track corporate conferences, and similar. Both offer REST APIs, CLI, and MCP for custom integrations, and they sync directly with each other so data entered once flows between systems automatically.

## Registration Town

Conference registration software that centralizes attendee management, speaker coordination, and event scheduling in one system. It replaces spreadsheet-based workflows with structured tools for group registrations, invoicing, badge printing, check-in (QR-based or manual), lead scanning for sponsors, and attendance tracking for CE/CME credits. It handles speaker logistics including bios, sessions, travel, and accommodation. Supports in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.

## Slideshow City

Presentation management software for AV teams and stage managers. It handles the full lifecycle of conference presentations: speaker file uploads through a secure portal, automated format validation (PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF), review and approval by AV staff, control room operations with vMix and Bitfocus Companion integration, self-check kiosk mode for speakers, digital signage across rooms, and live stage management with countdown timers and backup slides. The platform runs in the cloud, but local applications distribute files across rooms over the venue's local network, avoiding internet speed bottlenecks.

## How the products connect

Speaker details, session schedules, and program updates entered in Registration Town automatically flow into Slideshow City. When a schedule changes, signage and presentation queues update accordingly. Registration Town covers the front of house (registration, badges, check-in, sponsor tools) while Slideshow City covers the back of house (AV operations, presentations, stage control, signage).
