Need to document attendance for continuing education credits? The new Attendance Tracker lets you set up scanner stations at session rooms, automatically record when attendees arrive and leave, review the data, and export it to Excel for accreditation bodies.
What’s New
Session Scanner
Set up dedicated scanner devices at each session location. When attendees scan their badges:
- First scan = check-in
- Second scan = check-out
- Animated visual feedback confirms their status instantly
You can configure time margins around sessions to allow for early arrivals or late departures.
Attendance Tracker
Review and manage all attendance records in one place:
- Filter by location or review status
- Click any attendee to see their full timeline across all sessions
- Edit times manually when needed (original scan data is always preserved)
- Flag records automatically when something needs attention — missing checkouts, overlapping sessions, etc.
Export for Credit Reporting
Generate Excel files ready for submission to accreditation bodies:
- Duration calculations included
- Color-coded headers and frozen panes for easy reading
- Filter by location or session type before export
- Compatible with CME, CE, and other continuing education requirements
How to Get Started
- Go to Main Menu → Attendees → Attendance Tracker
- Click New Scanner and assign it to a location
- Add sessions manually or import them from the Program Editor
- Start scanning—the system handles the rest
