Filters
The same filter builder, on every grid
We put the same filter builder on every major grid: Attendees, all registrations, Faculty (and its public widget), and the Visitors dashboard. Pick a field, tick the values you want — each shows a live count — and they collect in a panel on the right. Flip a field to Exclude for “not this”, add an OR branch for “this group or that one”, and save a combination you’ll reuse as a preset.
Ticket shop
Build a shop in one place, and see it before you publish
We pulled the ticket-shop settings into one editor with three tabs — Tickets, Config, Emails. If your tickets go on sale at different times, “Preview your shop over time” gives you a tab per window, so you can see what’s actually buyable on March 1 versus March 20. And next to the ticket picker is a live preview of the confirmed-ticket email the buyer receives — QR and all — so you can check it before anyone gets it.
Orders
Refunding no longer leaves the tickets behind
Refunding an order used to leave its tickets valid — you had to go cancel each one by hand, which was easy to forget. The refund dialog now asks which tickets to cancel, all ticked by default; untick any you want to keep. Confirm, and the refund and cancellations happen together. Cancelled tickets stop working for entry, and their seats return to inventory.
This creates a credit order to refund the customer. Choose which tickets to also cancel — cancelled tickets become invalid for entry.
