Display templates
A gallery inside the image layer
Setting an image layer used to mean uploading the file somewhere else, then pasting its URL into the layer. Now the image layer has a built-in gallery: pick any signage image as a thumbnail, or drag a new one in. Upload once, reuse across templates.
Presentations
Status you can read, and a date column
We replaced the Presentations grid’s tiny status icons with labelled, colour-coded chips — Missing, New, Reviewing, Confirmed, Declined, Done — so a session’s state is readable without decoding anything. There’s also a new Date column, to sort and group the programme by the day each talk happens.

Insights
The readiness chart follows your filters
The upload-trends chart now follows the grid’s filters. Narrow to a single day or one room and the readiness breakdown re-scopes to match — so “how many decks are still missing for tomorrow’s keynote hall?” is a couple of clicks, not a manual count.
Reliability
Pull a file and it's actually gone
Previously, when a speaker removed their upload, the slot could stay stuck on New — flagged ready to review with nothing behind it. Now removing a file resets the status to Missing and records who removed it and when, and the file clears from the stage and the player right away.
Devices
Configure kiosk screens from the dashboard
The desktop app’s window settings — fullscreen, and whether it shows its menu — used to be set by hand-editing a config file on the device itself. They’re now in a config dialog in the dashboard: set them per device, remotely. Changes reach the device within a few seconds.

When off, the desktop app hides its menu and the F11 / Ctrl+Cmd+F fullscreen-exit shortcut. Turn it back on here to recover a locked screen.
Changes can take up to 10 seconds to take effect on the device.
Locations
Tabs for each room, once you have a lot of screens
The Devices page has a new row of tabs — All, one per room, and Unassigned — so you can jump to Hall A and see only what’s there. Each tab shows a live count and every device group filters together. Create a screen while a room is selected and it drops into that room; display devices are placed automatically, from where their content already points.
